3D printed parts from PROTECH – ELiTH Racing

ELiTH Racing is an organization of students at the University of Linköping in Sweden that designs and produces a new competition vehicle from scratch every year. ELiTH Racing uses the vehicles to compete with other universities internationally.

PROTECH has in 2013 assisted with 3D printed parts from a Stratasys Fortus 400mc using FDM-technology for Additive Manufacturing. A unique feature used in this project is to print „soluble cores“. Materials used are ABS-M30, ULTEM 9085 and SR-100 support for the soluble cores.
