There is no doubt that 3D imaging technology is improving at an incredibly rapid rate. In fact, it could be argued that there has been more progress made within this space in 2014 alone than the previous 3-4 years combined. We’ve seen several new companies emerge who are focusing on 3D scanning, and the increased popularity of 3D printing seems to be driving innovation forward even further.

Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a 3D printer that had a tiny footprint, yet could print larger objects? If you are like me then your desk space is incredibly valuable. In fact, any space in your office or your entire home is valuable, especially when you have kids with lots and lots of toys. My problem is that I need a printer that can at least print objects which are the size of my fist.
