You know, those portable cassette tape players made by Sony in the 1980s and early ’90s. Hazzard, however, was recently faced with a dilemma, when obtaining a new iPhone 6+.

Gerüchteküche brodelt: iPhone 6 aus Liquidmetal?

Brancheninsidern zufolge könnte das iPhone 6 sowie die nächste Generation der Apple-Tablets aus Liquidmetal hergestellt werden. Darauf deuten auch eine Reihe kürzlich angemeldeter Patente des kalifornischen Unternehmens Liquidmetal Technologies hin. Bei dem Hightech-Material handelt es sich um Zirkonium-Legierungen, die nicht nur extrem leicht geformt werden können, sondern auch widerstandsfähiger und elastischer als andere Legierungen sind.
